🌴Salalah🌴

Salalah is one of the most  attracting cities in Oman , especially during the  khareef  season .Each year , from the mid of  June till the mid of September ,  monsoon clouds cover the sky of salalah ,accompanied by rain  and constant cool drizzle . The temperature drops down and cool breeze blows from the mountains , which turns salalah  into   a beautiful  verdant  green paradise .the emerald  green mountains and the charming waterfalls are very eye catching .khareef season makes  salalah  the perfect place to visit during  the summer .Tourists come from around the world to spend their holidays flying  kites and camping on the green fields and valleys. Kite flying has become very popular. Kites of different  colours , shapes  and  sizes decorate the sky ,which make it a wonderful view .Also, delicious kinds of tropical fruits and sweet tender coconut can be eaten at the fruit stalls that  are scattered  among the streets , under the looming coconut palms . salalah is the best place to visit in summer.  Salalah is also widely  famous for it's aromatic incenses and luban  that  people love to buy for the sweet smells that it produces

💦Water💦 

Water is very important is our live .We cannot live without it .People , animals and plants would die if they do not have water . water is used for many things. It is used for drinking ,cleaning , farming and  industry . About three quarters of the world is covered by water .there are many sources of water . they are rainwater ,seawater , underground water and river water . seawater is not good for drinking .it is too salty .About 90% (ninety percent)  of all the fresh water in the world   in the Antarctica.            finally ,we can say that water is as   precious as gold

📱mobile phone📱

The mobile phone can be used to communicate over long distances without wires. It works by communicating with a nearby base station (also called a "cell site") which connects it to the main phone network. When moving, if the mobile phone gets too far away from the cell it is connected to, that cell sends a message to another cell to tell the new cell to take over the call. This is called a "hand off," and the call continues with the new cell the phone is connected to. The hand-off is done so well and carefully that the user will usually never even know that the call was transferred to another cell.

As mobile phones became more popular, they began to cost less money, and more people could afford them. Monthly plans became available for rates as low as US$30 or US$40 a month. Cell phones have become so cheap to own that they have mostly   replaced pay phones and phone booths except for urban areas with many people

🚗CARS🚗

A car (or automobile) is a wheeled motor vehicle used for transportation. Normally, car seats fit from 1 to 8 passengers. Cars have four tires, and mainly transport people rather than goods. Cars came into global use during the 20th century.

The difference between big and small cars:

³ Big cars are very heavy compared to smaller cars and usually have more interior space for passengers which is about 8 seats. Bigger cars consume a lot more fuel due to their heavy mass. Examples : Armada, land cruiser ..

³ Smaller cars are much lighter and can fit about 4 passengers. Smaller cars need less fuel to travel and move, and are also easier to control and drive. Examples: Camry, Avalon..

A smaller car will probably get better economy and better performance from the same engine size simply because there is less weight to lug around.

In my opinion, cars are very important and very much needed in our daily lives because they provide common means of transportation.

🍫Chocolate🍫

 Chocolate is a food made from the seeds of a cacao  tree  . it is used in many desserts like pudding  .  cakes candy  . and ice cream.it can be   a  solid from like  candy bar or it can be in a liquid from like hot chocolate  . The taste of chocolate is often described as sweet because chocolate makers usually add a lot of sugar and milk for taste. This means that chocolate can be bad for your teeth and health . it is best to eat chocolate

Our senses allow us to learn, to protect ourselves, to enjoy our world. Can you imagine what it might be like to live your life without any of your senses? The senses usually work together to give us a clear picture of the things around us. If one sense is not working due to an accident or illness, then other senses will take over or become stronger to make up for the missing sense.

The five senses are: taste, sight, touch, smell, and hearing.

Taste

Our sense of taste comes from the taste buds on our tongue. The tongue is only able to taste four separate flavors: salty, sweet, sour and bitter. Not only can your tongue taste, but it also picks up texture and temperature in your food like creamy, crunchy, hot or dry.

Sight

Our sense of sight is all dependent upon our eyes. A lens at the front of the eyeball helps to focus images onto the retina at the back of the eye.

The brain also uses the images from two eyes to create a 3D image.

Our nose is the organ that we use to smell. The inside of the nose is lined with something called the mucous membranes. These membranes have smell receptors that carry the smell. Smells are made of fumes of various substances.

🕐FREE TIME🕐

During school days ,I don't get that much free time because of too much homework that I need to do. I usually get about 2 free hours each day, so I spend them on things like watching TV programs. I think watching TV programs is more fun than playing video games. I also enjoy reading magazines, but I hate reading newspapers or books because it's boring for me. During my free time, I like to sit with my family and have a good time. We usually go shopping together or eat dinner in the restaurant. In the weekends, I prefer to visit my family and friends, and spend a lovely time with them and just have some fun together.

🎊Oman's National Day🎊

Oman's National Day is on 18 November.

 National Day celebrates the Omani independence from the Portuguese ,as well as Sultan Qaboos Bin Said's birthday , so Omanis celebrate this day happily.

 There are parades, fireworks, camel races and bullfights throughout the country.

 Many Omanis return to their home villages to celebrate, so the roads may be busier than usual.

 During this day, people happily greet each other and visit each other to spend a lovely time with their friends.

I really enjoy this holiday as many activities and fun things occur.

A computer is an electronic device that
manipulates information or data and performs operations automatically. The information can be numbers, words, pictures, movies, or sounds. Computer information is also called data. Computers can process huge amount of data very quickly. They also store and display data.
The Internet is run on computers and it connects millions of other computers.

There are many famous links and well-known systems in the world . I will talk about 5 of them. 

1) DOS: 
Short for Disk Operating System. One of the oldest systems used. 

2) Windows: 
The most prominent and most popular operating system that is part of Microsoft and started operating in 1985.

3) Mac OSX: 
Specifically designed for Apple Macintosh. You should pay for it because it is not a free program. 

4) Haiku: 
A free open source operating system. It is known for its simplicity and fast processing. It was Released in 2011.

5)  Chrome: 
A special OS based on Linux kernel. The desktop is special as it contains chrome's applications.

:Science and scientists

- William Henry Gates is one the most important  figures in this field. 
- He was Born October 28, 1955
- He is an American business magnate, investor,  author,  philanthropist,  humanitarian and founder of Microsoft.

:Advantages of computer

Computers have a positive effect on society, work and people, by providing immediate access to information. Computers are useful in things such as business transactions and record keeping, science and medicine, education, communication, transportation and entertainment.
Computer makes the world a small village where people can communicate easily and quickly. No matter is the place or the time.                                          

:Disadvantages of computer

Negative effects of computers include the high prices of equipment and also the loss of employment and jobs. Computers also caused crimes such as hacking into some important information of banks and cards. They can also cause health and eyes problems.

In fact, it is not fully a safe environment.
I will ask you a question
Do you think computers can replace people at work??
NO, computer can reduce the number of workers, but can't get rid of all of them. 


In conclusion, I strongly believe computers are useful and helpful for people in so many ways.
They can be used for educational purposes, paying bills, or even entertainment purposes like playing computer games, using social media or watching movies.

People go through many situations in their lives.
In which some are happy and joyful, while others are sad.
All these situations can be lessons that benefit us in the future.

- Life taught me to always wear the gown of purity and honor.

- Life taught me to be as soft as a trees' leaves, as rigid as its branches, as rough as its trunk and as sweet as its scent.

- Life taught me that being a slow turtle in the right path is better than being a fast deer in the wrong one.

📄School exams should be banned📄

Exams are common in almost all schools around the world, schools have exams to test the student' memory and understanding of tge subject and they decide wether a student passes a subject or not. 

However, school exams have become the source of stress and mental pressure for many students. Students feel a lot of pressure during exam days in which it cpuld lead to negative impacts and the lack of focusing and learning efficiently.

Also, many students cram the subject's material a week before the final exam, and this does not help in remembering the information over a long period of time since they just memorise the information without truly understanding it. 

Nowadays, some educational systems values grades more than learning and this makes students try anything, even if it was illegal, like cheating just to pass the exam and move to the next level. Not all students who have high grades are intelligent or smart.

I think that school exams should be banned and that school systems should develop new less stressful ways of testing the student's understanding. Students grades should be determined on the effort, cleverness and enthusiasm to learn and not by memorizing infortmation just for the sake of passing the exam. Exams were never a tool to acquire knowledge and can never define someone's intelligence or capabilities.
